  • 1-hour weekly consultation and advisory support (Human Resources, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging & Organizational Wellness)
  • DB Coaching and Consulting Services conduct the baseline assessment, including interviews with leadership staff and key stakeholders.
  • A formal baseline assessment report and presentation with critical stakeholders

  • 2X monthly 1-hour advisory session with Human Resources (HR), Anti-Racism and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) experts to partner with you and your team
  • Guided baseline assessment includes Anti-racism, Intersectionality, and Organizational Wellness.
  • Design and facilitate customized HR & DEIB strategy session(s)
  • Development of a training plan and up to two 90-minute customized virtual training sessions on key areas of the strategy. May include, HR & DEIB training for employees or Leadership coaching and training
  • Curated resources to support the team in implementing the assessment recommendations
  • Lead/Team Wellness Checklist and strategies for sustaining the work
  • Implementation templates and flow charts
  • Continuous improvement and sustainability checklist

Self-Guided Assessment and Strategy Development + Training Recommendations + Implementation Resources at your Disposal - 3 months
